After the Covid-19 pandemic, university classrooms were closed for a while, but immediately with the immediate decision of university officials, the will was decided to hold classes virtually and electronically; This demand was somehow imposed on the students without examining whether the students had the necessary support in this way or not. The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the readiness of students to learn in the electronic context and the effect of these factors on academic achievement. In the present study, several factors have been studied to explain students' academic achievement in the future, some of which are related to the personality traits of the learner (student), including conscientiousness, self-regulation, academic resilience, and some to their attitudes, including attitudes toward digital technologies. And attitudes towards e-learning systems. After electronicizing the research tool electronically, it was given to the students of the inferential statistics course of the undergraduate course after the end of teaching. In order to analyze the multiple relationships between variables, the structural equation model has been used using the partial least squares and the most important results can be the lack of conscientiousness effect and the direct significance of resilience and self-regulation on academic achievement. Following the results of this research, suggestions have been made for e-learners of universities and officials.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships between school safety and school engagement. The population is taken from students of the public high school of Rey, Tehran. The total numbers of the participants are 322 which were selected by the random cluster sampling method. School safety was measured using the Revised School safety Questionnaire (Skiba, Simmons, Peterson& Forde, 2006). School engagement was measured using the Revised School engagement Scale (Wang, Willett & Eccles 2011). The SPSS 18 and STATGRAPHICS 5.1 were used to conduct a canonical correlation analysis. Results from the canonical correlation model revealed that there is 3 significant set between school safety and school engagement. According to the first set, school climate and learning safety support shared 0/43 of the variance with self-regulated learning, belonging to school and using cognitive strategy .According to the second set, school climate, absence of delinquency, personal safety, and absence of incivility support shared 0/10 of the variance with self-regulated learning, belonging to school, using cognitive strategy, and passion to learn. According to the third set, school climate, absence of delinquency, connection, learning safety support shared 0.05 of the variance with self-regulated learning, belonging to school, and using cognitive strategy. In sum, in schools which we can see more safety, we can see more engagement. This result can be explained through Lewin's Field Theory, ecological perspective of Brenner, and Maslow's hierarchy of needs.

Although e-learning opportunities are very widespread and the use of e-learning is increasingly growing, little research has been done on students’ attitude towards e-learning. However, the attitude towards e-learning plays a key role in the success of this type of learning. The present research aims to study the effects of computer anxiety on the attitude towards e-learning with a focus on the mediating role of factors like computer and the Internet self-efficacy, as well as attitude towards computer and the Internet, using model testing. The research applied the correlational method. Using cluster random sampling, 485 subjects were selected from among the students of public high schools in Noor-Abad, Lorestan. They were asked to complete the questionnaires designed based on the conceptual model. Computer anxiety had negative and almost equal effects on the attitude towards computer and the attitude towards the Internet. Internet self-efficacy had positive and significant effect on the attitude towards e-learning. In general, the modified model had a good fit with the collected data. It showed the important role of factors such as computer anxiety, computer self-efficacy, the attitude towards computer, Internet self-efficacy, and the attitude towards the Internet in the attitude towards e-learning.
